The A300 is a twin engined short/medium range wide-body airliner.It was the first airliner designed and built by Airbus,developed through a range of improved versions, Many have been converted to freighters. Production ceased in 2007.
The A300-600 was the ultimate version, it had the tail-end of the A310, which increased capacity. The -600 was the first airliner to gain 180 minute ETOPS approval for over-water operations. All late deliveries were freighters.
